Literally one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in quite a long time. This used to be the coveted arby's that actually has the special sweet barbecue sauce on their beef and chedders. I was charged $2.50 for a side order of cheese which only filled 1/3 of the tiny container!? When I asked if she could fill it up they still only put one more pump. Ridiculous and a total waste of money. I ordered a beef and cheddar, small fry with a side order of cheddar cheese and a water and the total was almost $20! Apparently the cashier thought she was going to charge me $3 for a tap water that I full myself and the $2.50+ for a SIDE of cheese. Literally only had one teaspoon of cheese, not even filled 1/3 of the cup.
To make matters worse the bathrooms were completely disgusthing there were no paper towels and the hand dryer was not working. I hate to think this is the restroom employees are using and unable to properly wash their hands when they make our food. This arby's has really gone down hill since last visit. And to top it off the cashier didn't care, moved as slow as a snail and was on The Verge of rude. And I'd like to add there was hardly any beef on my sandwich it was just a joke and a complete waste of time and money. Then I checked the bag and realized they also didn't have the apple turnover I ordered either. Then when I told them, they just said sorry, we are out of them. I understand places run out of stuff, but when I asked for them to refund it because I already paid for it, they again just said sorry, we can't refund it because you ordered online. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. So now I guess I have to waste a bunch of my time trying to find out who handles the online payments and get in contact with them to refund my purchase. It would have been much simpler for them to just refund it right then or offer me some other desert in exchange, but no, I was just told sorry, we don't know what to tell you! I would not suggest ordering from this Arby's or if you do, make sure to not pay in advance so that way you can make sure they have everything you want before you pay them. They certainly were not market FRESH and there the sandwich was swimming in thousand island dressing. The dressing was on both top and bottom pieces of bread. the kraut was saturated in the dressing and even the corn beef had dressing all through it. If we had been in the dine in, these sandwiches certainly would have been returned. Stuck with it since we had to take it home to eat. It could have been a decent sandwich if not for all that dressing and the meat wasn't warm either. The sandwich was definitely premade and sitting around for a long while.
