This Wendy’s is not great. It has been substandard for a year or two with understaffing problems making service slow. My picky eater grandson prefers Wendy’s or I wouldn’t go there at all. The last order before today was incorrect but I didn’t inform them as the substituted item was OK for us. That & today’s orders were both placed & paid for on the app. When I arrived for today’s order I was informed that one of my items was unavailable. I asked for a refund. They crumpled up my receipt & threw it away (which very much annoyed me). I asked for it so I could see that I was credited for the missing item. The receipt says “change” not credit or refund & my credit card company doesn’t show a credit pending. I tried to call the Wendy’s location multiple times & no one has answered. It’s a small amount but I want the credit I’m due & something extra for the inconvenience/aggravation/gas/time it’ll take to make it right.
OMG! Haven’t had a positive experience at this Wendy’s in at least a year! Absolutely would NEVER go here if my grandson would eat elsewhere! Tonight, got my mobile drive thru order wrong AGAIN. Went right back around to the order speaker. Sat there for at least 10 minutes with no response so went to the window & was completely ignored by 2 employees for another LONG time. Went to the door which was locked so went back to the window & knocked loudly. An adult male FINALLY answered. I was told they were having a shift change & no one had headsets on. Grrrr!!! Read moreThis Wendy’s SUCKS. I am furious. I sat (alone) in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes with no one greeting me. So I parked my car and went in, expecting to see one lonely employee. Nope. At least 4 GROWN ADULTS working, and not a single customer in the dining room, either. I was literally the only customer and they turned away when they saw me at the counter. Finally my order was taken, I got my cold fries and sandwich and left. I have to leave for work in 10 minutes, I also work food service and would NEVER be so lazy and pathetic. My plan was to eat my meal at home and finish getting ready but these bozos wasted over 20 minutes of my time. And, guess what? I got the completely wrong sandwich. I am furious. Now I am going to work a hungry, disheveled mess.
This needs to be edited. I had my husband go back to get my correct order and bring it to me at work. My order was wrong AGAIN (chicken sandwhich of some kind instead of a classic single…) so instead he went to the Franklin Wendy’s (10/10!!! It’s worth the drive!!!) and we obviously paid for a new meal— wasted $10 for the wrong food TWICE from Springboro. I threw it away in a fit of rage because I was busy AF and had a few seconds to take a few bites, but my food was wrong. It’s hard being a waitress and trying to eat at the same time!!!! Read moreI refuse to come here ever again I go to the drive through and ask for my DoorDash order and the worker says come inside and grab it and then turns the microphone off so I walk in and wait 5 minutes before the worker even acknowledges me I go up and say I have an order and she says “pc” and I said what and she says it again and I said “I don’t understand what you mean” and she gets an attitude and goes it’s the initials on the order and I go oh sorry it’s hc and she goes we don’t have it and then walks away and I’m just standing there trying to figure out what is happening and she comes back and says we don’t have it and I show her and she goes “ok?” And she walks away again at that point I was wondering if I placed it at the wrong place and sure enough I didn’t and the pc order had all the things I had ordered and she doesn’t help me when she comes back I ask her what I should do and she says we don’t have it figure it out and walks away again so at that point I was fed up with how rude she was being and how unhelpful and I just called DoorDash to get them to cancel it and give me my money back.
