Arby's — Restaurant in Springdale

I have visited twice within the last week to use meal coupons. Upon the first visit, I had to wait nearly ten minutes for "fresh" chicken nuggets that were overcooked, dried -out, and had mostly the crispy breading. Pretty much inedible. Had asked for one bbq and one honey mustard sauce- received two ranch.

The fries upon both visits tasted like they were cooked in very old oil, and I couldn't enjoy them either time.

It just sucks that when I'm on a budget and expecting a semi-decent meal after work that I feel like I've wasted my time and money.

I always prefer the Lowell location off Monroe/Dixieland. They make the menu items exactly how they should be, and never disappoint.

Edit Hello Arby's, I see you responded, and since I can not reply to a response I will say that I have already shared my opinions about the restaurant already with my direct review. If you could please share that with the team in question, that would be great. I already addressed my concerns with my review and receipt...

We got the Smokehouse Brisket meal for $9.48 & 2 Greek Gyro’s for $6.00. And I was highly disappointed with the brisket sandwich. The meat looked old and was dried up and there were only 2 little crispy fried onions on it. It was horrible. Especially when I know exactly what a good one tastes like. The fries were cold and chewy with the meal and the Dr. Pepper was flat. For a meal that costs almost $10, you’d expect more. The only good thing were the Gyro’s which surprised me considering it’s not a Greek restaurant. A normal day we would have gone in and I would have returned the smokehouse meal considering how bad it was. But, since we are in the middle of the COVID-19 situation, we didn’t have that option. So, basically we just threw away $10. First time at this particular Arby’s no less. Don’t recommend the Smokehouse meal to anyone. Hopefully it was just a fluke, one time thing. Either way, I won’t be risking it again. Luckily my bf got the 2 Gyro’s otherwise I wouldn’t have eaten. Order # D2178 on...

Usually pretty decent but on this particular visit, things were just overdone. The curly fries were cooked too long...they were really crunchy and really greasy. Also whoever took our order on this visit before this one was incredibly rushy at the speaker and rude at the window. We got to the window, there was no greeting, we paid and she parked us but the way she asked us to park was aweful, she said "ok you can pull forward now" We asked for our drinks first and she practically shoved them out the window and then when we told her what sauces we needed (because she didn't ask) she just said, "yeah ok, pull forward" and...
