Jim's Razorback Pizza — Restaurant in Springdale

First off, I LOVE the food. Pizza is always good. But on this particular day, a young girl was more interested in her conversation with someone at the window than helping customers. A major attitude with people on the phone, very RUDE. On top of that, her hair is not contained.....whoever she is, she ruins the atmosphere for your business. Now to top things off, in an attempt to place my pizza in the box, this same individual flipped my pizza in half so the tops were facing one another. As she is rearranging it back to its normal way, I noticed the pizza wasn't cooked. I made her bring me the box, picked up a piece and everything slid right off. Now I'm pissed, thank God for Chris, he came to me and said he would remake my pizza and would make sure it was cooked. He did A PHENOMENAL JOB....

Me and my daughter had been wanting to try their pizza for a while now, and when we finally did we thought it was good. Unfortunately they got one of our pizzas wrong and when i spoke to a lady on the phone she said she could write my name in their book to get a free pizza next time. I asked her if it was possible to get the right pizza I ordered that same day. She said it would take a while because the driver had to finish all his other deliveries first and then deliver my pizza. I agreed. Well, i guess she never made my pizza because my pizza never arrived. They ended up closing and I called five minutes after closing and a guy picked up stating he was new and that he was sorry that happened. I requested a refund, but I never received a refund or call...

My fam is always trying to find a place that we can get food at a good price and great quality thats what we've found in jim's , just amazing and didn't feel sick or still hungry after . I got a large deep dish chicken bacon ranch , medium deep dish super supreme , and 20 la nova wings . Simply amazing the wings were spicy but flavorful ,pizza deep but not oily like most places toppings all fresh and crunchy I ordered walking in and just a home feeling like I wish I'd brought my fam to sit and eat there the sunset shines perfectly through the dine in everything was clean and all you smell is the fresh food in the oven . I new my food was coming out because I could smell every bit of it just before coming out...
