There are some, dedicated, hard working, people, there!! Very friendly. But, waiting in line at the drive thru for 15 or 20 minutes is a drag. Then, at the speaker, no one speaks. Then, someone pulls up to the other speaker, and immediately someone takes their order. Holy cow! Last month I placed an order for 4 cheeseburgers. I know that unless one specifies they want nothing on them but meat, and cheese, they should come with ketchup, onions, and pickles. Mine had meat and cheese only. I showed them my receipt and a picture so they would believe me. The manager there at the time believed me before I showed her proof. Which was nice. I found out from one of the homeless people I shared the burgers with, that his did not even have cheese! Just meat and bun. God knows what the other two people ended up with. I used to ask for unsweet iceed tea with four packs of slpenda on the side. I would either get sweet tea, or, I would get a ton of artiicial sweetner already pumped into my drink. I decided to stop asking for sweetner at all. I keep it in my car. And, it did no good half the time. I have stood at the front counter at times, and was passed by as if I did not exist in the flesh. To the point I would have to ask to be waited on. I have gotten the wrong change at the drive thru numerous times in recent months. There was a time I just assumed I received the correct change, and just pitched it into my purse. But, one day I just happen to notice I didn't, and thought maybe I will pay closer attention. Several times I counted it in front of the cashier, and asked for the correct change before pulling my hands from their window, so they could see I was telling the truth!! No way for them to deny that I was short changed, unless I have an awesome slight of hand like a good magician!! And, I assure you, that I ain't got! Sometimes I counted it on the way to the pickup window. Sometimes I forgot and drove away with it in my hand. But stopped in the parking lot and counted it. Then drive back around and told them. That was my mistake the last time. Not only did I not get the correct change. I was treated as though I was lying. God bless those employees. I will miss a few of them, because they have been super nice to me. But, I can live...
Read moreWow. I hate to say it, but this place – after having just completed a major renovation less than a year ago – has really gone downhill. The major issue is cleanliness – or rather, the lack there of. I mean, my kids were even complaining about it – saying that the play area was full of crumbs and bits of trash! They would (like most kids) usually overlook a bit of messiness, but this was major –and not confined to the play place, either. There were sticky puddles on the floor, ketchup splattered where it shouldn’t be – and no one on staff was making any effort to address the issues. They just had “slippery” signs posted, like that was all they needed to do! Meanwhile, you’ve got one worker standing around the stupid self-service machines (don’t get me started on this issue) and several others behind the counter doing not a whole lot of anything – since they no longer need to interact with customers. We were so excited to see our local McDonald’s being renovated – and for the first few weeks it was great! – but now, it’s an embarrassment and a shame and no place we care to visit. Our kids LOVE McDonald’s, but if the place is going to be trashy and not warrant any attention, we will...
Read morePlaced a to-go order after being in the emergency room across the street for HOURS. Got home, and items were missing, 2 specific burgers that werent even for me, but special requests from members of my family. Random items were plain when they shouldn't have been, and 1 particular burger was plain and even missing the bacon that was supposed to come on the burger to begin with! I called the store, and was instructed to bring the food with receipt back to the store in order to have it replaced. This has all taken place in a timespan of almost 3 hours seeing as I dont own my own vehicle, arranging a ride after 10pm isnt exactly the easiest thing. Every item is cold and unappealing at this point, and having to go BACK to the restaurant is frustrating as can be. Upon arriving at the store once more, I encountered highly rude, borderline aggressive staff who refused to remake an order they had messed up 3 hours prior, closing the encounter with a slam of the drive-thru window. All of this because of simple mistakes with the original order and an unwillingness to even attempt to resolve this matter. ...
