After looking at every other review I'm guessing it's just us that's having a problem at this location. Today arrived and ordered hot chocolate with out whip cream, as usual they got it wrong. This was the last straw. I left 10.00 for the hot chocolate and a soda. Last week ordered and didnt even get my food had to eat part of my other guests food. Waitress never came back to check on us when we got ready to leave to pay had to go to counter and ask for a ticket, then is when we discussed the problem and started getting the attitude from the waitress and yes I paid full price and even left a tip. Another visit a month or so before was a incident where a change wasn't counted correctly and when we called it to there attention the mother got a very bad attitude and there was some words told us. After talking to manager his excuse was "help is hard to find and she had to get up early and come to work." If you haven't visited Susan's and have had the opportunity to do so, you are missing out. Local style breakfast with options that can accommodate anyone who is hungry, the staff is always friendly, and the team can always find a way to seat you and deliver great service and great food. I have a bias - I have been going there since the beginning, (literally decades) but I keep going back. Lots of Hog fans like myself this last Saturday - and I started the pre-game with a breakfast sandwich (with egg over-easy) - awesome!! (You have to try it).
