Smoothie King — Restaurant in Springettsbury Township

This is my favorite smoothie place, there are so many options to choose from and I recommend coming multiple times before you make a decision weather or not you like it there and get different flavors to try, you may find one you like. There is a drive through or you can walk in and order. There are also other options inside, like protein powder, cookies and other healthier versions of snacks. There are three size smoothies and you order it in oz. Anytime I know I'm going to drive by, I make sure to stop and get a smoothie. I wanted to stop and grab a smoothie on my way to run errands. There was only 3 cars in the drive through. I can’t believe I just spent 36 minutes in the drive through waiting for 1 smoothie that I ordered on the app before I even arrived. It is also the easiest smoothie to make (I used to work there). 2 people actually reversed out of the drive through behind me. One girl working was doing all the work while the other girl was counting the register… like girl what?? They also didn’t apologize for the wait. My smoothie wasn’t even blended well- there’s chunks in it. I come here regularly but probably not anymore. When I worked there this would never happen and I feel sad I wasted 36 minutes...

My very first time ever patronizing Smoothie King they gave me a dollar off coupon on my next visit..... on my next visit I place my order in the drive thru and first the worker tells me the coupon isn't good on Fridays, which is not written on the coupon, then she says, the medium size is already discounted so I can't use the coupon on the medium size, this also isn't written on the coupon, so I cussed her out for lying cause non of this was written on my coupon and I ask to speak to her manager, then she lies and says she is the manager.....I left NeVER to return again. Don't support this business, they don't honor...
