Dunkin' — Restaurant in Springfield

I'm so conflicted with this place, I want to love it but it's just not there yet my gripe is i don't trust the drive though and I would like to leave it at that, don't get me wrong these employees are great they treat customers importantly but drive through ugh

Update 07/15/21 I had to change my hopeful 4 stars to 1 they went from inexcusable to incompetent . so my issue is as always i order one decaf medium ice and one original medium ice and for some reason i wind up with two originals so i don't do drive thru so i can supervise and attempt to catch them before they screw up, that's not a big deal people mistakes the big deal is the manager this gem escalates the situation with her excuse and immaturity I was trying to explain how every time i order i need to supervise she responded and i quote "Nobody likes to work" and that "that the employees are new" now when you have these lines prepared for your customer you've already failed your company and your employees, with theses tactics your demonstrating weakness and an out from taking your job serious, yes it's Dunkin but a customer should not have to into your establishment in a positive mood and exit in a negative one, if this Dunkin is to succeed it's going to need to remove it's bad leadership. Horrible. Ordered two bagels at the window. One sesame seed one plain got to the window didnt have enough change to give me 4 cents. That would have been ok if the bagel had more than 5 seeds on it. I bought it back in and the told the Mgr thar my bagel should have had more seeds on it. She got nasty and explained all I had to do was ask for another one and not have an attitude. I told her I did not have an attitude I just felt that I not only was shorted 4cent but I was also shorted seeds on my bagel she then got real agitated stormed off, opened the register and gave me a nickel and told the other woman to hurry up and make me another bagel. As I walked out someone was coming back in with a bag and not happy. I opened my bagel only to find it looked like the same bagel but with one more seed. Never going here again, terrible service and terrible food. Not the first time last incident was an old coffee that I didn't have time to go...

Went to dunking on saint james Ave, it was my first time at this location and immediately after arriving I realized u was at the wrong dunking. The cashier on the headset sounded like she did not want to be at work. I placed my order she kept on rushing me, and unfortunately my son decided a bit late he wanted chocolate milk, so I asked her if she could add it, and she told me it was too late because she had already put my order through. Once I pulled up to the next window to pay , the other girl added the milk, charged me, but gave me my order wrong. When I told her the order was wrong, here came the girl with the head set and was upset because she was saying I was wrong, I placed my order wrong! And her attitude was just the worst. I asked to speak to the manager, and well, let’s just say I asked for my money back. Worst...
