Arby's food is good for fast food, and generally I have zero complaints about the service because I don't have high expectations for a fast food joint, but this particular location has been extremely disappointing - so much that I will be looking for a new Arby's around where I live and do not plan on going back to this one.
Tonight my husband & I ordered two beef 'N cheddars, a loaded fry, and two turnovers. We noted to each other that we were not asked if we wanted any sauces, but since neither of us needed any we let it slip - no biggie. We waited patiently and didn't expect our food to be ready right away. When it was ready we thanked the guy at the window and drove home. When we sat down to eat, we realized that our $2's worth of turnovers were not in the bag. Maybe we should have checked our bag before leaving Arby's, so blame us for not being more careful, but to have two turnovers completely missing from our bag of food and not even being told that they were still cooking or something is very annoying. We could have gone back and picked up our missing turnovers, but it was dark and getting late, and we didn't want to bother.
I don't care if this Springville joint makes up for our missing turnovers or not; I just want them to know that their employees tonight were very disappointing and I definitely encourage them to improve. Despite being a fast food place, professionalism would be desired, as would good, thorough service. Compared to Provo's Arby's, this one honestly sucks, and I am not too keen on Provo in general. Please read this and make efforts to improve this location, because I will not be coming back for quite sometime and I will not recommend...
Read moreI like this Arbys and have not had problems with the staff before, but I am now being told that if I order online, I have to pick it up inside. Itâs nonsense, ordering online is so I can give you guys a heads up on what I want so you can have it ready for me, and itâs the best way ti get deals and coupons, it shouldnât be any different than if I order in the drive through. Itâs exactly the same thing except if I order online, you have notice of my order ahead of time to make things easier. Itâs happened twice now, last time you were polite and asked me to come in because âthe customer at the window will hold you upâ so I thought you were genuinely concerned about me having to wait, but then yesterday you did it again but didnât even have anyone at the window, there was no line, you just wanted to inconvenience me for no reason by making me park my car and come in. Last time I went in, nobody even greeted me or even looked at me, I had to just grab the order off the counter once I figured out what was mine. If you donât want to interact with customers, I just wonât be a customer anymore. Iâm not loosing out on the online deals and wasting money just because you donât want to hand me my food at the window, I just will not eat...
Read moreWe love Arbys but keep making the mistake of coming to this particular Arbys based on connveniance of location. No more. On a order that woukd take any other Arbys 10 mins or less to make take this particular location in Springville at least 30-45 mins in the drive thru when all I see is a bunch teenagers standing around chatting it up. There never seems to be any proper management any time we have gone. 75% of the time we order something they get the order wrong. If I ask for an extra sauce or two the workers act like I just asked for there first born child. It's really sad because I think Arbys has awesome food and is a good company. But this location has to go and ruin there rep. The building was allot better of when it was a DQ. Get some decent employees and start giving a dang about your customers. Than and only than will you get more...
