I really love elements because the staff is really friendly and helpful when it comes to purchasing furniture. My husband and I bought a custom couch from them and it was so great to go through the process with their helping hand. We worked with Jordan who is extremely professional and really nice. Sadly we’ve had this couch for about a year now and it’s falling apart… We paid over 5K for this couch and we expected it to last a lot longer than it has. We are working with the store manager right now to get this sorted out and they are being extremely professional and helpful. This place is outfitted to perfection. Pinterest perfection. These ladies obviously know whats on trend. With that being said I am trying to find a few pieces of furniture that are well made and knowing that it will cost a pretty penny so I went into Elements hoping to find something. Unfortunately most of the furniture was made of cheap low quality wood. The drawers without gliders so they fall when you pull them out. I found a quilt I liked and it was $600 made in China. I would expect that if I was in Amish country or it was hand made in Europe. I don’t mind spending money when it makes sense. This store does not make sense when considering quality and price. I think people mislook the quality because of the way they have it dressed up...

I love this store. I am from Florida and it is one of my favorite places to shop at when I come into town. I was just recently there and received the most amazing service I could ask for. The staff went beyond what they needed to do to make my experience the best. I love having their products in my home as it is so different from what you can get in the Florida area.
