This is my usual go to Wendy's because it's closest to me. However customer service is pretty touch and go. There is a gentleman that is there sometimes in the evening, looks like a Manager maybe, he is always very friendly and helpful. There has been some teenager/young adult though that runs the drive through the past while that is really abrasive and unfriendly. He's always snippety over the intercom when ordering, and is usually off putting when you actually get to the window, no matter how nice I try to be to him, I feel like he is always slamming the window in my face or about throwing the food out the window to be done with the interaction. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years so I am always trying to be extremely courteous because I have been on the receiving end of the mean/bad customers that you have to deal with on a daily basis. But this employee is pretty consistently with the behavior and attitude, and we recognize him every time we come to this location. Read moreWe went to this Wendy’s at about 1:15 on a Saturday afternoon. There were a few people inside and a line at the drive up window so I did expect to wait for a bit for my food. Unfortunately they didn’t have anybody at all manning the register. When we came in there were four people at the front. We figured they must be waiting for their order to be done, but no, only one person has been helped! One employee was at the front counter putting together kids meal bags and completely ignoring us as we and four additional groups came in after us. Finally an employee handed the meals to the one person that had been helped before we got there. And then turned back away from the rest of people waiting. At no point did anyone tell us they would be with us in a few minutes nor did they acknowledge in any way that we were all there waiting. We finally left after another group of people came in and no move was made to even try and say hello. Read moreWhat can I say? It's a Wendy's. I always manage to beat the rush when I come here, so parking has never been an issue for me. I will say that their drive-thru Lane seems a bit too short for when they get super packed such as during the lunch rush, but I always dine inside so it's never something I've had to deal with.
The one thing I didn't like the last time I came here was the guy running the counter and the people cooking. They were all young men, which is fine, but none of them were very kind and several of them were making inappropriate jokes to each other at a volume that allowed customers to hear them (obviously, because I heard them). Even though I greeted the cashier at the front desk oh, I didn't get so much as a "May I take your order?". The guy just stared at me through two or three attempts to greet him.
