Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Charles

Back in September I placed an order and it took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered. I called and they said they were short staffed and should be there soon. She was very nice and I totally get it being short staffed. When the pizzas did show up, the order was wrong (was supposed to be a simple hand tossed cheese pizza…it was thin crust with meats on it…this pizza was for a vegetarian). Driver was already gone. Called the store and was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally just hung up. Called the next day and talked to a very nice lady who apologized and said she would put it in the system that I would have a free cheese pizza when I ordered next. Said it would be under my phone number. Called tonight to order pizza and they don’t have anything in their system about the free pizza. The person on the phone was laughing with a co-worker when I gave my address. Not sure what that was all about. Because it wasn’t in their system, they wouldn’t give me the free pizza. I was planning on ordering more than just the free one. We order from this store quite a bit and was quite disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She sounded like she was a teenager. So I didn’t order from them. Ordered elsewhere. Wasn’t going to take the chance that someone would spit...

Did a walk in the driver took my order he was all over the place touching everything the GM was making the pizzas you can tell he was rushing for no reason I never seen the GM or driver wash there hands before touching the food The driver cut the pizzas as they came out the oven never washing his hands The GM makes my pizza wrong /says oh I can just add the topping on top of the pizza and cook it again I said no I want a new pizza the correct way? He said ok I’ll make a new one While I waited he never remade my pizza just added the topping and threw it back in the oven When I asked him if this was a new pizza he said yes and I asked what did he do with the other pizza he said he gave it to the driver which gave it to another walk in that was a friend of the driver ???? I get in the car it’s the same pizza from the error pizza I ask for a refund he give me my refund and stands in his word he made me a new pizza to watch the video recording him ??? This was my first time walking in and placing an order at this location but definitely won’t ever come back here place is dirt workers are dirty imagine the pizza coming...

So, I picked the a 14" pizza last night the the pizza felt light, so I opened the box the pizza was deformed, I grabbed my tape measure and the pizza was between of 12" on one side and 13" on others, it was very thick on one side and very thin on the other one, no mentioned that the pizza was cut only on 6 pieces, so I called the store, the supposedly manager on duty answered, and about my complain he said that he knew exactly what pizza he was talking about, that he had made it and it was made properly and repeated that continuously, so I told him that he needed to do a better job next time, because my pizza wasn't made on the right way and he just hung up the phone on me. I called again and he answered, I asked him why he hung up on me and he said that because I was rude, so he made me angry and if I started being rude. I will never go back to that store. I know several friends and family who frequently go to that store, so I will share my experience with them so that way they don't go...
