They Had new mgr. From Illinois. Lady by the name of Dee (crew) was on front line being unprofessional while talking on a landline all at the front counter. Was ask to leave prior to my arrival. She also threw a small threat, "Are yeah Ima remember you", referring to me. Went there Mon. paid for extra biscuit didnt get. Expressed this to mgr twice. Dymond was great ...new cashier excited about her job, made a suggetive sale.😊. There's never spicy CHICKEN, If you try and call to find out, no answer. ♦ Dumb that $4box you cant change your side from Mash.Pot..♦ This location is and always have been bad customer service. My orka was fresh n hot... My wings where ok... Warm.. Not as fresh as my orka. This was all last night @7:30pm... No spicy chicken again... wasnt any on Monday at about 12:45. Nor today when I went for lunch.

As I stood there at the counter waiting for my order I took the liberty to take a look at the interior of the restaurant specifically the kitchen which can be seen from the front counter for lack of a better word this place was disgusting.I’m not even sure where to begin but I will start by saying there were areas in the kitchen missing floor tiles I also observed standing puddles of water throughout the kitchen. I don’t blame the employees but I will say that whoever the owner is of that restaurant should be ashamed of them selves if I knew the right people to call I would most definitely report that place because it’s only a matter of time before those conditions causes someone to get sick!! Read moreHORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, after 1pm and store was not open for business yet. Myself and several other customers were waiting wondering what was going on. Called number someone picked up then disconnected call, called back got a not available/not in srevice recording. Finally could see sone personnel but nobody came to explain what was going on. Both Managers could be seen, doing absolutely nothing, 20 minutes into arriving finally sent someone to unlock door, by that time everyone who was waiting left to go somewhere else. The service here is always poor, attitudes from staff are rampant, the owner of this franchise must not have a clue to what is being represented at their busuness, because this has been going on for a while now.
