Crown Room — Restaurant in St. Louis

Crown Room is one of my favorite places to go to in Ballpark village, the atmosphere is always fun and the employees there are always quick and nice to work with. However this past weekend was a different experience. I was at Crown Room last Saturday night on the 12th with my friends when I went to go order some drinks. I gave the bartender my credit card and it looked like the transaction was approved as I was given my receipt and writing a tip when the bartender approached me and said the card did not go through. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt so I reluctantly handed back my card. The bartender did not swipe my card but instead take the information of the card down on his computer (card number, expiration date, and security code). I quickly grabbed my card back as he handed it to me and began checking my credit card account. Not to my surprise the card was being used in Maryland the next day. I came in a few weeks ago for a Bach party, the manager on the floor was amazing and she made sure we were happy and accommodated well the entire night. I was throughly impressed to see a manager of a club to come out of their way to stop by the booths. I have never seen such a professional smooth running club. Everyone even her was super cute and friendly. Chloe from Crown Room hired me to teach a Bachata Lesson with HF Dance Academy. She was great and I met the manager Erika as well. And they were very respectful and treated my friends and I very well. They communication was top notch. They had the headset ready, and when I was teaching there were no problems with the speakers and mic. That is super important for the consumers and the instructor.
