Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in St. Louis

I was just there a few minutes ago, and they got my order wrong TWICE. It's not even the same item on the menu I ordered! I ordered a Chocolate cold brew Shake but they just gave me a Chocolate shake. I'm super disappointed and wont be going back until they can fix their orders AND their attitudes.

They were rude and didn't take my order right. Unbelievable. I would know, I used to work in service.

Edit: Wow here I am again! I was at this same Einstein bros because I wanted some quick coffee, and sometimes the Starbucks on campus can get quite a wait. Absolutely horrendous staff they have here. The woman who took my order was INCREDIBLY rude.

When they called my name, I went to go ask "Hey, this is the caramel coldbrew right?" because my name is very common between males and females so I didn't know if anyone else with the same name had ordered. This location usually offers fine, but not stellar, products and services. Einstein Bros. Bagels is a chain, and so you usually know what your getting into when you go to one. But this location is on a University campus and, as often inexplicably happens, this has a somewhat negative impact on quality. It's still fine, it's just not superb. There are several other great cafes in reasonable walking distance from Pius XII library, if you want to make the journey. I ordered a sandwich on the menu and the employee never heard of it. I pointed it out and she still didn’t know what it was. Maybe better train your staff?
