I have lived at Verve for the last 9 months and have had an amazing experience. Everyone working at Verve has been friendly and helpful. I had problems with my AC unit last semester and each time I sent in a maintenance request, there was someone at my door within an hour (by the way the AC was amazing, and was able to keep my apartment cold all year which is my preference). The building is beautiful and new, and the furniture provided is perfect for the space I had which was a studio. Also, the walls are very thick so I had no issues with hearing my neighbors. The staff was more than welcoming and willing to answer any questions we had about prices, living spaces, and lease agreements. They were completely transparent about everything, giving suggestions about what they felt was the best decision for us based on our current situations and how they personally would approach choosing a space at Verve. Have lived here for a year and a half so far and plan on continuing for another year and a half. Management is really unbeatable as far as apartment complexes go, and having someone to talk to M-F and 24/7 in emergencies really goes a long way for me. The head of maintenance, Matt, is a life saver in times of need and gets stuff done right away which is amazing.
