It is a rare thing to find this level of customer service. My daughter needed a ring for a ceremony, and in roughly a two week time frame. We went to a local jeweler here in Baton Rouge. They were not interested in helping us- apparently as we were not dropping serious enough coin (our search was in the $300 range). She found the ring she liked when doing a Google search, which led us to Royal Jewelers in Louisville. When we contacted them about what she wanted and the time frame we hoped to get it in, they bent over backwards to make it happen. Stephanie and Lynn called us numerous times to ensure all details were ironed out, and we would receive the ring in the time span needed. They rushed the sizing and shipping as well. They thanked us for the business numerous times, and treated us like family. The ring arrived exactly when they said it would, and it fits perfect. Our daughter is thrilled with it, and it is lovely. During a kayak trip my finger got jammed between two kayaks and unfortunately my engagement ring mount got severely bent. Fortunately, my diamond did not fall out. I received a list of places from my ring insurance I could use to get my ring fixed. My intention was to go to multiple places before making a decision on a jeweler. Royal Jewelers was the first place I went to and due to the exceptional customer service they provided, I ended up not going anywhere else.

From the moment I stepped into their store they were welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. I worked with different staff members since I visited a few times before making a decision, but worked with Amy the most and she was amazing to work with. No matter how many times I came to the store and no matter how many questions I asked, they continued to be patient and attentive. Eventually, I decided on a new ring band and mount for my diamond and I love it!!!

My fiance and I came in before we got engaged to kill some time and so I could get a better idea on what she liked. We were welcomed with open arms even though we made it clear that we weren't making a purchase. We were helped by Stephanie who was more than accommodating and very patient considering that some salespeople would have looked at ot as a waste of time. I was so impressed that when I was able to afford a ring I called them and did everything over the phone. (I live 5 hours away) Lynn, the owner, helped me with my purchace and was extremely patient. I had an amazing experience with Royal Jewlers. I never once felt pressured and every single ring they showed me was within my budget unlike previous shops I had been to.
