Five Below — Local services in Stamford

I love this location but sometimes the service is either very dull or non-existent I did have a crazy experience where I went there and the register gym so I wasn't able to get my receipt and the manager had a careless response to the manner she did try to fix it the best she can but the service I would not expect in a situation like that. And I don't like the fact that they hover over you asking you if you want a bag just so they can scan the back as if you're going to take a 35-cent bag other than that the overall store is a great place to shop for quick items that you might need I do recommend visiting this location because I still and always...

please do not come here ! richard the manager is disrespectful & a danger to society. I came into this five below hoping to buy some hello kitty legos but was unable to without getting harassed by the manager richard, he kept asking for my phone number & flirting with me when I’m a minor. he even attempted to grope me . I don’t recommend coming here . the place is also a mess , with things all of the floor . the manager was trying to get me into his office because he wanted to show me something that was he claimed was “better then hello kitty legos”. I was frightened at how unprofessional this man was & how disgusting of a human...

I will never return to this store and I’ve only been here once. Management is rude and will contradict what they say and argue you down over something that was open prior to you getting to the store. TRASH! BASURA! Don’t waste your time effort or energy. I will always go to the one in norwalk now. CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKS STRONGLY AT THIS STORE starting with MANAGEMENT.

Recently returned. Apparently the customer service hasnt changed and many have stolen things out of that store because you cant check out your own items the manager checked us out with little to no conversation… JUST GO TO NORWALK…....
