Starbucks — Restaurant in Stamford

I like this location because the parking is really convenient but it feels like they try to give you as little of your actual drink as possible. Sometimes the cup is only 2/3rds full and other times, it’s full but is basically all ice. The drinks usually taste good but who wants to pay almost $8 for a cup of ice. The photo shows the amount of ice left after I finished my drink. It’s really uncomfortable asking the staff to fix or remake anything because they already act like they are doing everyone a favor by making the drinks to begin with. Asked for a specialty holiday drink, w oak milk, said it loud and twice, glad I checked before driving off or I'd have gotten sick. Went back in, and when the young woman who took the order in first place, remade it, she was annoyed acting, and cut out ingredients that are part of the standard for the speciality coffee. I was back in my car when I took off the lid and noticed. Had to get going so just left w it as is. Wasted time, left...

Gosh these employees just fail EVERY TIME. I don’t even know why I try this location anymore. I was actually more upset with myself that I stopped here again because I knew the service would just be awful. I explained a dairy allergy and the girl looked at me like I had an extra head.
