I very disappointed and upset with the terrible service Jason gave me the last time I was there. I felt humiliated and shocked at the way I was spoken to. I have been ordering my triple shot espresso with whole milk in a venti cup over ice for over a year now and had no issues until I ran into an employee at this location named Jason. When I ordered he asked me if it was shaken and I said yes then he proceeded to tell me that I was deceiving Starbucks employees and that I canât order that way. Mind you I had no idea about ordering a different way or what the difference was. If he would have explained in a civil and kind manner it would be no issue but he loudly stated that I was deceiving him and proceeded to give me a terrible attitude I asked him multiple times to drop it and explained that I did not know the difference and that I was just placing my order as usual. I also explained that thatâs how I usually order and he mocked me by saying âyea im sureee you never ran into any issues ordering beforeâ and lifted his brows in sarcasm. I was very embarrassed because there was people behind me and in the store that could hear what he was accusing me of. After feeling humiliated I asked Jason to speak to a manager and he said âhi thatâs meâ. At that point I told him I do not want the drink anymore and walked out. I called the store to get his name to speak to the district manager about it and asked him if heâs the store manager again and he told me then that he was only one of the managers but not the store manager, which he finally admitted after me asking several times. So who is deceiving now? He lied to my face and told me heâs the store manager I asked for the managers contact info and he said I canât give that over the phone you need to walk back in to take it. At the point I felt like he was humiliating me further and for no reason. I proceeded to go down the street to the next Starbucks and explained what happened to the manager there and she told me thatâs not right and gave me the business card for the district manager. I called Holly and left a voicemail which I have not heard back from. I usually donât leave bad reviews but the whole situation completely caught me off guard and left me feeling humiliated and horrible over a coffee order. I ordered my drink and asked for extra steamed milk which the original girl that was suppose to be making my drink said no problem, then the Supervisor jumps in and starts making my drink and then when she was finished I asked her for that on the side she said they are using it for someone else, I said but I asked for that and she said in front of all the customers you didnât pay for that to get it, I said to her I have no problem paying for the extra steamed milk. She was very disrespectful and I believe she is racist because this is not the first time she has done this. I always go to this location and the staff that was there before was so much kinder to their customers. She has terrible customer service and she needs to be trained to serve the customers better. I pay more then $5-$6 for a drink there, I donât care about paying extra if there was a charge for what I was requesting, all she had to do was tell me there is a charge, and I would have been more then happy...
