Tubby's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

The employees are really friendly, and the Tubby’s famous is pretty good, but the steak and cheese is terrible. For $10 I should get pretty good sub, but it was garbage - mostly bread and very little else. What steak there was, was more like dried up leftover ends. I used to love tubby’s and eat there all the time, and was really looking forward to having it again when I got back from the West Coast, but I guess the Tubby’s I remember is no more. I won’t be back to this location, and when I try another one I’ll just have to make sure I tell them that I won’t eat it if it’s not right. Went to Tubby's website on a sunday to check this store's hours. They're open until 8pm, the website said.

Great, I clicked the "Order Online" button which routed me to snappyeats. I placed my order and got an email confirming the store received my order and pick up is in approximately 25 min.

On my arrival, I found a sign that says "Closed :) Sunday" in the window.

Thankfully, my online order was to pay on arrival, so I won't need to deal with any credit card disputes.

I'm wondering why the website has incorrect information about the store's hours and why snappyeats allowed me to submit an order for that store when it's closed. It would've saved me an unnecessary drive.

Came in to pick up an order that I had placed for party subs over the phone. I was not acknowledged when I walked in by either of the people behind the counter . Stood at the counter for awhile while the guy worker looked me dead in my face without saying anything. Woman then later came to the counter to give a customer their food right in front of me and still no one acknowledged me.
