Hands down, this is the best food truck I’ve ever eaten at no exaggeration! The food was absolutely delicious cooked to perfection and full of flavor. You can tell they put real love and attention into everything they serve. I tried a few dishes and every bite had that perfect balance of fresh ingredients great seasonings that’s hard to find these days.Warren and Dave were so friendly and welcoming too they actually take the time to chat and smile. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. And oooh let me tell you that burger with the plantain bun? Fireee 🔥! So juicy seasoned just right, and that plantain bun took it to a whole different level!Every bite was hittin! I’ll definitely be coming back...

Warren has done a great job creating a broad menu, while maintaining a thoughtful quality in each dish. He brings his culinary expertise from Jamaica, and we are so lucky he has rooted himself in Stowe.

The flavor of everything we have tried so far has been delicious and well-balanced. Our favorites have quickly become the sliders, boneless wings, and plantain chips!

Great food and great owner (an awesome come-up story), coupled with the Alchemists’ atmosphere and renown beer creates the perfect vibe.

Absolute 🔥🔥 I heard about this place through word of mouth. Finally stopped by and WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED. the menu has something for EVERYBODY! I tried the jerk chicken, jerk pork, and fried chicken aswell as a jerk chicken taco. And the flavors , the portions everything was INCREDIBLE! They are outside of my FAVORITE brewery THE ALCHEMIST.
