Wow Danny, I thought you were nice at first and you did make it right for the original incident. But, when your employee called us out in front of everyone a month later after we decided to come back as usually several times- and say, “ I know you’re the one who left the review,” and snarl at us -after I removed the review- an old apology does not cover a new incident - maybe you should have just apologized for her again instead of acting like one apology in the past is enough for anything new she says. So, that’s sad that you think all future rudeness from this girl would be covered from “making it right” once. So it’s okay for her to be rude and be sarcastic with future encounters with customers as long as you apologize in advance. You should post one of those flashy light signs on the wall there and point to it when someone starts to tell you she was rude a second time that says “Sorry, you can’t complain again if she’s rude again because my one apology covers all lifetime rudeness.” When I read your updated response, I saw it didn’t make any sense at all. Our numerous visits to your business was stupid- people should not support your business when you allow employees to embarrass and shame customers for giving an honest review. Well, Giana, thanks for teaching us a lesson this time - that your boss allows you to say whatever you want to embarrass the customers. Read moreSo excited to see a Rita's close by. I haven't had their frozen custard in several years & just had to stop by for one. Specialty flavor was cheesecake & wow is it delicious. I added some chocolate custard too. It reminded me of the one we used to have in North Lima & how our dogs loved to have a few bites of custard when we took them along for the ride with us. Our little Paczki (Schnoodle) one time couldn't resist & just dug his face right into my sundae as if the entire bowl was just for him. We laughed & laughed it was so funny. That Rita's custard must of smelled heavenly to him & he wasn't waiting for an invitation to eat. lol--I agree, Rita's frozen custard is a delicious treat anytime...
