My mom and I went for a bagel and sandwich today and had one of the worse experiences. The guy at first handed us our coffees and then stared at us and shook his head and said “uh yes?” We said “oh we have a bagel and a bagel sandwich.” For one if you are charging someone $13 and change how can you even think for a second that the order is only an iced coffee and one hot coffee? We got to the window and were charged extra for something we did not order. When explaining that we did not order a plain bagel with cream cheese the shift leader (receipt said Destiny was her name but her name tag said shift leader, blonde hair) repeatedly said you did order a plain bagel with cream cheese, we said we were sorry but we ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese on the side and a plain bagel with sausage and cheese, she continued to argue with us and roll her eyes. She gave us back the money for the bagel we were charged for and then gave us our food, we then said can we please have the cream cheese she then got nasty and said you said you didn’t want the plain bagel with cream cheese and we said again correct but we ordered an everything bagel with a side of cream cheese. Read moreBought 3 coffees. Employee failed to secure lid and handed the cup to me, the lid popped off and spilled all over the floor and back seat of my brand new car. I went in and asked to speak to a manager and was only given a replacement coffee and napkins. No managers was alerted. Upon reaching out to customer service they tried to offer 250 points on the app....that doesn't fix the issue so I declined and was told someone would be in touch. A few days later the district manager reached out wanting details, I provide a receipt and told him what happened. About 5 days or so go by and I never heard back from him so I emailed again. He replied saying he thought he emailed me back and he found his employees did nothing wrong. I emailed back and now it's been another 5 days and no response. The store manager didn't even reach out! Customers clearly mean nothing to this business. Read moreI’ve never had a problem with Dunkin until right now, the disrespect, the distasteful, ugliest look, I have ever received in my entire life, not from one worker, but two. What’s even sadder is one of them was a manager and that’s how you try to teach younger peers! I pull into the drive-through with five minutes before they close, now I understand everybody wants to go home, but the doors don’t close until the time hits 9 PM.if the manager would’ve just acknowledged me and said that they are closing or that they closed. I would’ve been OK with it, but the fact that they deliberately ignored me looked me in my eyes, as if I was nothing but trash was so distasteful And I’ve never experienced that in my entire life.
