First Watch — Restaurant in Strongsville

Came to the new FirstWatch in Strongsville for their “soft opening” which means you had to have an invitation (via email) as an existing customer. They are officially opening on 11/04/2025 for the public! We had a good experience - the food was good, as expected. The service was fast, friendly and attentive! Even though they were slammed (due to the “soft opening” and it being lunch time on a Monday), the food came out quickly, it was hot and fresh, and our wait was very minimal! Overall, we were impressed with the amount of effort they have put into this new FirstWatch location: the place itself was modern and welcoming, with lots of booths, tables, and bar-seating. The fact that this was essentially their training/launch day, did not seem to affect the speed or accuracy of service, or the quality of food. Repeat customer with family with small kids and Solo breakfast goer. Been to three separate First Watch locations and this branch is just as cute as the rest! Family friendly atmosphere with unique health conscious meal options and options for the breakfast foodies too. Service at the Strongsville First Watch was top notch with the friendly Bar server and the welcoming team at the doors. My husband and I each got the gravy and biscuits with potatoes and eggs. I am picky about gravy and it was actually really good. The potatoes were also really good. The iced coffee that I ordered I would definitely get it again. The restaurant itself looked nice/clean and everyone was nice.
