Mariah's Cookies — Restaurant in Strongsville

On the upside, their cookies are quite tasty and hit that balance of soft and still having that slight "crisp" to them.

On the downside, this is a delivery location - and they can't be trusted to get the delivery directions correct.

I ordered a half-dozen of their "Chocolatey Treats Box" which is supposed to be a mix of choc chunk, triple chocolate, and Heath cookies.

I also ordered 1 extra cookie.

Instead I received 6 choc chunk cookies, and no 7th/extra cookie at all. This was after my delivery person waited about 20for my order to be completed - in addition to the 15 minutes they took to get on-site.

Slow, incorrect, and missing part of the order. They will not see my business again.

I don't know if it's the recipe or the actual person that baked the cookies. The ones I received are really bad and I can't even imagine messing up a cookie. Not to mention my order was wrong. What a waste of...
