The staff here is so friendly. I worked with Nathan and he was amazing. I was nothing but a bundle of nerves and anxiety yet he still made the whole situation a breeze for me. I don’t recommend bringing your apple products here they don’t know what they are doing. The manager and coworker both told me to give them a call once apple store in Westlake fixes my iPhone XS Max *hands me his card saying “call us and let us know how they fix your problem”. I’ve been in here 5 times the past week for a iPhone battery replacement. Phone screen is now damaged and won’t stay glued to the iPhone chassis.
