McDonald's — Restaurant in Stroudsburg

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s today. I understand everywhere is short staffed, but the attitudes of the staff were disgusting. My fries 🍟 were cold, so I wanted fresh, I sure as hell paid for fresh HOT fries, so I wanted them hot, the blond manager dug through my bag bare handed and pulled out my fries and said “we’ll just throw them out” then she had another girl who looked new get me the fries that were sitting on the rack for at least 5 minutes and when I asked for fresh, the manager said “it takes about 3 1/2 minutes if you want to wait for fresh” I said I’d wait and she said really nastily “well then the rest of your food will be cold too” I called on all of my patience to not throw everything at her… so I got home and everything was old and nasty, the McDouble had big Mac sauce on it and the lettuce on the McChicken was wilted and old tasting and the chicken was way overdone, as well as the chicken nuggets, which could have torn the roof of my daughters mouth up. We ended up throwing away most of the food. Overall it was NOT a good experience, and I will not be going back. I visited McDonald's on lower main street Stroudsburg PA through the drive-thru I did an order through the app ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal crispy chicken sandwich and a 10 pc chicken nugget. I must say the drive-thru was very busy and this was like 11:45 p.m. I got my order went straight home which is over the bridge and everything was cold and the cheese was not melted on the burger the burger was so dried up as well as the chicken nuggets the fries were like rubber and the crispy chicken sandwich was all soggy I could not eat any of it I emailed a complaint the very next day I heard back from the manager Brenna she was very nice to speak to and she apologized and asked me to come in at my convenience when I could and she would be happy to make everything right she gave me her phone number to call her when I was coming in which I did yesterday and I went last night to pick it up she personally made it herself and brought it right out to my car she is a very good manager she made sure that the sale was taken care of and made right and she just kept apologizing and she replaced everything that I ordered which I was very happy with the meal that she made because everything was fresh and hot so I think the manager Miss Brenna very...

I previously had no issues with this branch. I order breakfast here every so often to be delivered to my house and I always get the sausage burrito combo with hot picante salsa. You can look up what that sauce should look like, which is a bright semi transluscent red color. But my order arrived with three hot picante packets which were all severely discolored BROWN instead of the red. It also had a strong smelly odor that made me GAG. It was clearly expired. I wrote a complaint on the website but they told me to talk to DoorDash, implying it was the delivery service’s fault. NEWSFLASH, it is not the delivery service’s fault! The employee working there put EXPIRED SAUCES into a delivery bag to be sent out to a customer. It would’ve been the same story if I went and got my order in person. I’m trying to get this out there so someone from this specific restaurant can see, because as a food service joint, you need to be checking the quality of your items often.
