Fu Lay doesn't look like much but don't let the looks deceive you because they probably have the best Chinese food in all of Stroudsburg. They are the only Chinese place in the area that actually makes their food extra spicy if you ask for it. There has not been a single meal that has disappointed me from this place. They have a small seating area but I have only ever gotten takeout. The portions are fairly similar to all the other places but their quality is unmatched in many regards. The szechuan was spicy and the veggies were perfect. The fried rice was excellent and the egg rolls were average. The best part of the meal was everything was well prepared and not at all greasy. For a little hole in the wall place they do an excellent job. We would definately...
