Soooooooo disappointed with this establishment. Only been twice, the first visit, we waited at the counter for what seemed like forever, no one helped us. Finally, someone coming in the back door of the kitchen from outside, noticed us standing there and came to take our order. From that point, the visit was OK. Last night, again we waited, the drive thru girl noticed us and most likely eventually told someone we were standing there. While waiting for our order, we prepared our drinks. No cup lids, no napkins and no straws at the condiment counter. I filled the lids from under the counter cabinets myself. Couldn't find straws or napkins. When we got our sandwiches, the fries were cold and oil saturated from sitting there so long. The roast beef sandwiches were luke warm at best. Instead of taking the fries back up for fresh ones, making our sandwiches even colder waiting for them to cook more, we opted to just eat the sandwich and not return to that restaurant. There was trash on the floor, under tables and the tables were dirty. There was only one other couple in the store so being busy could not be an excuse for the condition of such a new store. Read moreAnyone who loves Arby’s has had their mozzarella sticks and know they are the best! This location has just opened up in Suffolk so you would think they’d be on it. Ordered mozzarella sticks from this location and was given cold sticks that was just thick cold cheese in the center, it was awful, and seemed to be sitting out for awhile. Arby’s mozzarella sticks have always been made to order when I’ve ordered them and this was the first time this has ever happened to me. Arby’s is one of those fast food restaurants that separates themselves from all the others because the food is always fresh and tasty. Service at this location is terribly slow, but apparently, MANAGEMENT is aware and continues to do absolutely nothing to make changes for the better. They usually line cars up around the building because they can't seem to figure that it's LUNCH TIME and be prepared that people might try to get some food. They should maybe think about hiring a manager with some experience if they want to save their business. Or just shut down and stop wasting people's time and money. Pathetic to...
