Waffle House — Restaurant in Sugar Hill

I came in here because I always come with me and my family and my eight year-old twins bunny that used to be there was so amazing. She made our service so easy and took great care of us, but I came in here and I seen that it was seven women arguing with each other. The cameras are on so all things are recorded. They’re going back-and-forth one is telling the other. I don’t wanna hear what you have to say about Food. The other one is not picking with the other one one walk outI didn’t say anything about it because I have children so I wanted to be very calm so I asked them to get a All-Star. I get an All-Star. I get it back and she gives me just cheese on my hash brown Then she give me a waffle that was so doughy not even cooked. I was so scared that I told them I didn’t want my food just charge me for the Waffle and I told her the service y’all were given the attitudes between y’all you’re making the customers feel so uncomfortable. The manager keeps saying I’m about to walk out because her and other people are going at it. I really do not recommend this place especially when you have little children and all you’re doing is arguing in front of it’s so unProfessional I literally left that Waffle House to go 10 minutes down the street to another Waffle House because this is what me and my children do on our days off from school and work is support Waffle House during our breakfast time....

After a night staff. When to this location and the lights were on. There was a car in the parking lot. I checked to see if the doors were open and they were. I parked and me and my husband walked in. open the doors and seen the tables were all dirty but no one to be seen. Sat there for about 15 mins and callers out to anyone. Everything was still on. Finally walked up to the car that was in the parking lot with 3 people in it and was told that they were closed and it was due to lack of staff. Mind you. There was no one in the restaurant and it was just me and my husband that wanted to place a to-go order. Not once when I went to go check the door did she at least roll down her window and tell me they were closed. They saw me fully park and walk in and didn’t say anything. I was traveling through west Virginia and stopped at the waffle house. I order a waffle and a side of becan, and I asked for the nation to be burned. The waitress brings the waggle to the table and informed me I wanted my meal to arrive as one. The waitress snatched the plate and threw the food in the trash. I requested to speak with the manager, and the manager arrived and started putting in another order. I advised the manager I would speak with her after I received my order.
