Happy Lemon — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I placed an online delivery order today through Google Maps, where this store is listed. One of the suggested delivery options was Grubhub — it was even the second choice on the list. So I used Grubhub to place my order a little before 11 AM, and the payment went through. Grubhub also confirmed the order.

However, close to 12 PM, I received a call from the delivery driver saying the store told him they never received my order and refused to make it. I then called the store myself to ask why they wouldn’t fulfill the order, and they told me they no longer work with Grubhub.

If that’s the case, why is Grubhub still shown as a valid option on Google Maps? Why is there no notification or warning for customers?

I wasted my time and money, and so did the driver. This is not just bad service — it shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. I won’t be ordering from this place again, and I highly advise others to avoid using Grubhub for this store unless you want to be ignored and...

i was so excited to find out that this location opened up! there's a parking lot available w plenty of parking. we were craving something sweet and was surprised to see that they were late ish. we ordered the fresh dragon fruit lychee juice W salted cheese, the boba milk tea, 2 boba bubble waffles, and an original bubble waffle. the dragon fruit drink is my fav and my go to order. it's creamy and fruity and the boba also a nice chewy texture. the boba milk tea is a classic you can't really go wrong with. the drinks came out quickly maybe around 5 ish mins but the waffles took way too long around 30 mins. i hope they're able to bring down the wait time for the waffles i might just stick to ordering their drinks. what we got: fresh dragon fruit lychee juice w salted cheese boba milk tea 2 boba bubble waffle (not pictured) 1 original bubble waffle (not pictured)

I've been here a couple times, having tried a few different drinks, and each time the boba has been very good. Fresh, warm, squishy, and chewy. Service is kind, quick, and accurate. Their salt cheese milk tea is really good despite how weird it sounds. It seems like frothed milk sprinkled with some matcha powder and some salt to bring out the sweetness. Don't be afraid to try it out! I order my drinks 25% sweetness, and it's just right for my tastes. They also offer a little free rewards card that gets scanned each visit. I don't remember the perks, but I assume you get a free drink every 10 or so drinks you order. The shop is nice and clean and centrally located. Gonna be my go to boba shop in Sugar Land, and I will probably be stopping by on the way to Target runs instead of the Starbucks...
