Pepperoni's Pizza - Greatwood — Restaurant in Sugar Land

In a nutshell, the Pizza here is not consistent and overpriced.

Their thin and crispy pizza CRUST is either burnt if the pizza is made correctly or perfect but pizza itself is undercooked. Stay away from it.

On what became my final visit, I ordered a few one topping pizzas, a pasta dish and drinks for a total of $50; that price was for carry out mind you. They burnt one pizza and then undercooked their second attempt at it.

Spoke to the manager, shane, I was told that they were aware of the inconsistency issue with their thin and crispy pizzas and he apologized weakly but offered nothing more. No refund or even a credit was offered, nor did I push for one.

I decided then and there that I would not be returning because this is at least the 4th time I've had some issue with their food.

Some good dide come from this experience as I discovered a much better pizza establishment that has thee finest thin crust pies in the greater Houston area.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Pepperonis, a local pizza place, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the pizza was delicious and had a great combination of flavors. On the other hand, I experienced some negative gastrointestinal effects afterwards. Unfortunately, the meal did not sit well with my stomach and I found myself experiencing symptoms resembling those of a goose. The urgency and frequency of my bathroom trips were highly unpleasant and disrupted my daily routine. I do not wish to discourage others from dining at Pepperonis, as everyone's body reacts differently to food. However, I would advise caution to those with a sensitive digestive system. We came to Pepperoni’s to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The owner was incredibly kind, accommodating, and family-oriented — she personally moved tables and chairs to make sure our group was comfortable and even allowed us to bring in a cake without any prior notice.

We had originally planned to go to a different location but decided to come here instead, and I’m so glad we did. It wasn’t just a good experience — it was a great one.
