Usually I have never been disappointed with Pizza Hut but clearly I should have read the reviews before ordering. Whoever is in the kitchen/station is either careless or maybe even worse..”sadistic”. Ordered a veggie pizza with 2 toppings(jalapeño and black olives). And there are some sadistic people who do mess with people’s sentiments and preferences and such people do sometimes end up in food services.
My mom ate couple of slices in the car as she was hungry since we did not have dinner, it was almost 11pm and we were out grocery shopping. And now I am afraid that she may have consumed it(pieces) as she is not aware of what pig meat looks like, smells like or tastes like.
When I reached home I pulled out 2 slices and noticed something reddish/pinkish on one of the slices still in the box. Upon picking it up I realized that it was pig meat. And I know how much many people enjoy their pig meat, I am not one of them. I strictly do not meat outside from certain places and I definitely never have eaten pig meat as is carries diseases and is one of the filthiest meats according to researcher. Also there was another piece(also shown in the picture) on the side of the box.
I will understand partially that a piece may have gotten mixed up… but how does a piece end up in the corner of the box, off of the pizza?!! (This piece was not moved and was exactly where it was inside the box… this is really alarming and sickening)
Now 2 things: 1: if the person deliberately put those meat pieces there and is indeed a sadistic person, then indeed this is very alarming that this person is handling food. 2: is this was an honest mistake then it is still alarming how they handle food. They are contaminating veggies with meat which is not acceptable as there are some non-meat eating people, who like to eat Pizza Hut. And such mistakes are not acceptable.
I am attaching few pictures of the food. I do not want a replacement pizza because I do not trust the people who make it anymore. So no, I will not settle for a replacement pizza.
I, however to want to enforce that this is highly unacceptable. If it’s how the toppings are handled then perhaps change the structure of how toppings are handled. If this was intentional then perhaps the management needs to look into this with strict actions.
I will not be ordering food from this location again because clearly the practices of how the handle food, or perhaps people who work here… something is not right.
It would have been understandable if there were pieces of other veggies instead of meat…but this is clearly cross contamination. And such is...

Only to find out the driver is the reason why my food and another orders did not make it. ( because he failed to look for our building, pure laziness) I called the store to find out what this issue was. first time i called I got hung up on, Second time I explained to the manager on duty that I placed my order around 11:30 online, I asked for it to be delivered around 1pm yesterday 6/3/2020 and provided my phone number for text alerts, and I never got my order, she explained to me that the order placed was due for 1 pm and im barely calling at 2 to find out, ( with an attitude like it was my fault.) Early that morning someone from pizza hut stopped in to deliver a prior order, and she convinced me to place an order on the website because there was a special on the Stuffed crust. Going back to the part when I called the store only to get some uneducated person who claimed to be a manager there who rudely kept hanging up on me and provided the worst services ever, had to argue, get her to stop yelling and hanging up on me, I recorded the call to so it will be going viral on how rude this person is so please don't bother ordering from here. The rudest person I've ever encountered in retail. I work for an autism clinic and a mother had also placed an order earlier that morning for her son to have it by lunch time. No one called either of us, he driver just couldn't find our location and guess what that child never ate!!!!!! We had to find another alternative. which completely through that child's schedule and mood out of whack!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! She finally stopped yelling and catching an attitude once I advised her I was recording the call, she then stated she is going to get the driver to hold, she asked him and he said he left he couldnt locate the building, so she then decided to re make the order for me and then say you will be charged. After everything I went through you are going to charge me? and charged the mother that never got her pizza. Upon arrival the pizza was dropped off only for it to be not what I had originally ordered. It was under-cooked, thrown together, I asked for a specific pizza, and it looked totally presentable. I will never order from pizza hut again. I will stick to Dominio's! I hope to hear from someone soon before I post this...
Read moreMy mom and I placed an order for delivery for 2 medium hand tossed pizzas, and 1 small pizza, at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday evening. When an hour and a half passed, we finally decided it was time to call and see what was going on. My mom also checked the order status on the website through which we ordered, and the delivery time said 200+ more minutes. We both tried to get a hold of someone in the restaurant for 30 minutes through the number on the website and were both placed on hold the entire time. When my mom finally got through to someone, he told her he had just been called in on his day off and the wait time he was seeing on their computers was 400+ minutes. In no way are we upset with him, as it is not his fault. He then placed her on hold again, and it brought her back to the main menu of the phone system. When she finally got through again, the new lady told us our order is set to be delivered at 9:55 PM. 4 and 1/2 HOURS after we had placed our order. When my mom asked her to cancel our order and give us a full refund, the lady tried to put us on hold again but luckily she heard us when we said not to, but she definitely just put the phone down because it went silent and there was no response for a minute. When she came back, she said she had cancelled the order and immediately tried to hang up, and when my mom said excuse me i would like a confirmation number for my cancellation, she said it was unavailable, so we have absolutely no idea if we’re getting our $45 back (we had already included a tip). We have used this location many times before and never had a terrible experience, but this was absolutely ridiculous. This location needs better management AND a better system for when it gets extremely busy. If you’re orders are backed up to a 5 hour wait, STOP...
