After searching for a coffee shop in Sugar Land, we came across this place that was open early Sunday morning. Love the interior. It is super clean, bright, and warm. Good place to study. We ordered iced chai latte, green tea mojito, and hot caramel creme. All drinks very really good. Hot caramel creme had perfect amount of sweetness to it. Love that they have nutritional pamphlets, so you can look at the facts for every drink. They had us taste something new they were trying: strawberry cream cheese croissant and omg it was super delicious. Seats are comfortable and they have an extension cord in case you need to study/work. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning! Amazing customer service as well. I tried this spot for the first because I didn't want to study at the Starbucks nearby and didn't regret it! Staff were so nice and welcoming and to a new customer, it was great to see!

Saw the bad reviews and but I must say these guys today on September 19th were trained great!

I don't have much experience have much experience ordering drinks because my girlfriend always does, but I asked if they could try to make the Starbucks order I always get and she said yes! They made it perfectly and it tasted better than Starbucks! My order was an Iced White Chocolate Mocha with Sweet Vanilla Cold Foam.

The bathroom is well kept, no smell, auto paper towel, and faucet!

I would ask management to install more outlets. Otherwise plenty of comfortable seats and a great experience at this...
