I hate to leave this review, but this Starbucks is possibly the worst one in the area.
I did an Order-Pickup, which my order was supposed to be ready at 7:30am. When I got there around 7:32, the order was still being worked on. I did not mind having to wait extra since at the other Starbucks, the drinks are usually still good, however, this what not the case here.
There was two Baristas working Drive-Thru and two working front and Order-Pickups. I did not get the Barista working on the Order-Pickup name, but she did have spilt black and red hair. Throughout the extra 15 minutes I had to wait, she had about four other customers complain to her about their order not being ready just yet. She just looked just over it; I honestly could not blame her.
After finally receiving my drinks around 7:45, she apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. However, here is where the actual review begins:
I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble with White Chocolate instead of Mocha and a White Chocolate Peppermint Fraps. Both of these drinks were terrible made; not even blended all the way. The Mocha Cookie Crumble had no Cookies in it and just tasted as a White Chocolate Frap. The White Chocolate Peppermint had no chocolate curls when I paid extra for it and just tasted like cleaner.
Now, you may be asking, why did I not get the drinks re-made. My answer is, I would most likely had to wait another 15 minutes, which I did not have time to do that. I took the drinks and just accepted...

Editing to remove 2 stars because of my experience with Chandler in the drive through. I was having an anxiety attack this morning and forgot to preplace my order. I come here almost every single morning and I use the app, I know how it works. I just forgot to go ahead and place the order as I was having an anxiety attack.
I get there, and there are three cars ahead of me and the line is packed to the window. So I go ahead and place the order on my phone. I wait for three minutes while the cars in front of me are placing orders. It’s my turn so I pull up to the speaker, and let them know that I have a mobile order.
Chandler takes the time to tell me that from now on I need to place the order ahead of time to give them enough time to make the food. Which I could understand had there of been nobody else in line. And, I actually have made the effort before to pull over in the Lowe’s parking lot, place the order, wait several minutes, and then pick up my food.
So I just say OK and wait there at the speaker for the next car to pull up. From the time that I told Chandler my name and that I had a mobile order to the time that I got to the window was about seven minutes.

I usually try and avoid this store due to coffee being very bitter but since I was going to only have a green tea i figured I’d stop by and save myself the drive to the other store. I wait in the drive through for about 3 minutes get to the window tea still hasn’t been made and come to find out there isn’t any at all and that it’ll be an extra 5 minutes Atleast for it the brew. Highly disappointed to have found this out after paying I choose to opt for just a black tea which I can get anywhere for half the price. Already annoyed I receive my tea pull away from the window to find my tea dripping from the bottom due to my cup having a fast leaking hole. I then have to park my vehicle walk inside tell them my cup has a hole in the bottom she takes it puts another cup over the already leaking cup and hands it back to me. How putting a cup over a leaking cup makes sense to fix the problem I’m not sure because it’s just going to continue to be a problem. She sees I’m even more annoyed and offers to give me an additional tea but seeing black tea isn’t what I was even wanting in the first place I say I’m fine and turn it down and fix my original drink myself.
