McDonald's — Restaurant in Sunny Isles Beach

This might be the worst McDonald’s in Miami maybe even in United States first of all the service here is terrible. These workers will never acknowledge you even if you’re looking straight into their eyes waiting for them to come and help you with your order. Even if they are not doing anything, they just don’t wanna deal with customers clearly they all hate to work there, but they have to and I understand this review is not only because I see this cruelty happening daily since I work in front of this McDonald’s but it’s just there’s no one that can apparently do anything about it.

At this local McDonald’s, there’s an incredibly unfair situation where a company toll system has been set up in the parking lot, supposedly to "manage traffic," but it's clearly just a way for a few workers to pocket extra cash. Customers are being charged simply to enter or exit the lot, with no clear signs, and the money doesn’t go toward any kind of maintenance or improvement—just personal gain. Today, things escalated when an elderly woman who had clearly just picked up her order parked for a moment. Instead of respectfully informing her that she couldn’t park there, they have an adult! sitting in a golf cart a block away so he will wait for them to get off the car to go to tow their car. (It’s a guy in the glasses in the picture attached) He says he has a police plate that makes him official and allowed to do this, so he sends the young man driving the toll car, (also in picture) he quickly moved to tow it IN A SECOND the car is on the tow truck, just to charge her an outrageous fee for the “service.” It was a manipulative and heartless move, and it shows how this whole system is designed not to help, but to trap and exploit people. They’ve been doing this for over two weeks and it’s insane how many cars they’ve towed and they asked people for cash on the spot, so they don’t take the cars away and get that money in their pocket daily! for dozens of cars every single day it’s insane how cruel humans can turn just to get a couple of dollars . Their new manager should definitely start focusing more on improving their Team and getting them happy rather than getting money...

RUN(DMC) FROM HERE!!! Rapper Run DMC and his wife and kids pulled up to the window. The server had a screaming fit for 6 minutes. Unfortunately she forgot to turn off the loud speaker where you speak your order so the whole world could hear her. For 6 MINUTES she held up the line boasting to Run DMC that she's the best at serving/customer service in Florida, how she runs that McDonalds and everyone else working there was trash and she watched his show avidly. I watched as the line went from me and Run DMC to a looong line of honking cars extending right through the parking lot into the street. I finally pulled up to the window to see she was about 60 YEARS OLD!!! She printed my receipt with a fictitious order then tried to argue that I had asked for that after I had repeated my order to her 3 TIMES. When she returned 3/4 of my order was missing. She argued again and left to get the rest of my order. 10 minutes waiting in line later I snapped, parked and went inside to talk to someone with common sense. The server's responses at the register was so slow I thought he was having a stroke. *I opened the bag, no straw I had requeted,, a burnt black burger bun, undercooked elasticated (you won't believe it's not) chicken, completely melted milkshake, chewy, old apple pies. Minutes after eating the fries and drinking the milkshake I stopped the car and to my horror, threw it all...

I work on the road and once a week im in sunny isles beach. This is the only McDonald's on the beach . The other one is in south beach off 17 street. This McDonald's is probably the worst one I've been to. Employees dont understand anything. In any language at that. I ordered a combo meal and asked what size would i like my fries n soda. Then when she handed over the receipt she charged me for the sandwich only eventhough she asked what size drink. Lmao it gets worse. The soda machines had no ice, no napkins. Ketchup empty. They then only gave me three packets of ketchup for three people to share. Asked for more and she refused. Floor was sticky. Bathrooms were backed up. Place smelling like sewage. A single mom had a emergency with her kid and couldn't use the restroom. Smh manager screaming at the employees telling them to hurry up. No professionalism at all. That was one visit. I recently tried to give them another chance but was greeted with the same chaos as my last visit. I will drive 10 miles to another location before i ever spend another dollar at this location ever again. This mcdonalds is a huge liability. Wet floors, sewage backing up, no condiments, tables and floors dirty all the time. Nothing works and staff are horrible. Oh and the coke machines haven't been cleaned out since god knows.
