Ossi's Bake Shop — Restaurant in Sunny Isles Beach

If this Bakery looks so nice and beautiful well there's a there was a crowd and I ordered croissants so they still made me wait online while they were warming up everybody else's sandwich instead of getting rid of me faster cuz I only ordered croissants and I didn't need anything else done with my order anyway also the manager picks up a paper from the floor when it was when it fell on the floor the paper that you put on the tray then you put fee sandwiches on top and so this sandwiches pastries the cookies in the little fish and there's a lot of croissants by the window the manager wearing white and black two white shirt and black pants he looks Albanian tie black hair maybe maybe not a mustache don't remember but the other two workers was wearing black they were okay but this manager was helping out and he picked up the paper from the floor and put it back on the counter to wrap the sandwiches around it I was disgusted but as long as it wasn't for my croissants I didn't care because I was in a rush to go to a salon for a facial I think it was disgusting and I will never go back to that...

I reached out to Ossie, who seemed like a very nice person over the phone, to bake a cake for my daughter’s 21st birthday. I talked to her several times leading up to the expected date for the cake, but by the week prior to the party, she just completely cut off all contact with me, stopped replying to my texts and calls.
