Duke paws was very flexible with our schedule! We dropped off our doggy at 5:30 AM in order to get to our flight on time. Our dog was happy and we could tell he had a really great time! We were updated daily of our dog’s adventures via Instagram stories, where he would play with other dogs in the neighborhood. It was our first time leaving our dog with someone! My dog nearly died under the care of Duke Paws and it was such a traumatizing experience for my family. I rushed to pick up my dog early after seeing concerning videos of him not acting himself on their Instagram page- I knew something was off. I picked up my dog he was covered in bruises, unable to walk, covered in his own poop, and FLEAS. Almost 1 year later now and I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on anyone.
