Didn't realize this location changed ownership! Decided to give it a try. I visited on 2/24, but sadly missed their grand opening promotion by a week. I came on a Saturday around 1pm, and surprisingly there was no line at all. If they did have a crowd during the grand opening, it's already died down now (not a bad thing). The server was very friendly, and I ordered my usual lychee yakult (less sweet, less ice). The drink came out pretty quickly. Even with less sweet, it was a bit on the sweet side. Called ahead to ask about the kind of milk they use because I'm lactose intolerant (answer: non dairy creamer for everything but the Thai Milk Tea, which suits me perfectly), and the person on the phone was clear and friendly.

Touch screen ordering was easy and fast.

Drink came out within a minute of ordering, genuinely surprised at how quickly it was ready.

Tea tasted great (got jasmine green milk tea). My only complaint is the boba was a little too soft for my preferences, but still decent enough I'd get it again.
