TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

Odd experience today, when do pick up my online order and one employee kept going on about sorry for the delay yada yada yada and then offered me a fountain drink for that delay. I don't know the delay he was talking about but then before I left he made another comment said sometimes we make mistakes. I was a combination of confused and irritated at the overkill still not knowing what he thought the mistake was. I came in said I had an online order gave my name, that was it. I had just ordered not 15 minutes before, I didn't say anything about a delay, I didn't understand the overkill. I think I'll avoid this location...

Came to this togos since it was near the new location for Taj Mahal market. I came in for a tuna sandwich, it was not too busy and the staff was quick to greet. When I asked them if they can use new untouched salad for my sandwich to avoid contamination from previous sandwiches (since gloves touching meat products then touch lettuce , tomatoes etc) they were kind enough to do that and made my sandwich from unopened salad items so that my sandwich would be free as much as possible from contamination.

I arrived at exactly 8:48 and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude clearly because she wanted to close earlier than she was supposed too. She kept asking if I had a problem because I asked for her name which she did not provide and she stated she was the manager when I asked to speak to one. Very rude simply because I walked in when she was counting the money closing her register 12 minutes before closing time. The lights to the dinjng room were off including the "Open" signs way before closing time to attempt to lure customers away. Very...
