This morning I go through the busy drive thru made a simple order. A Mcgriddle meal. It comes with Mcgriddle, hashbrown, and a drink. Took about 7 minutes to get my food because of the line whichwas fine. After I drive off and I'm at the light I decide to nibble on my hashbrown while I'm heading to work. But there is no hashbrown in my bag. Even though I ordered and paid for it. I double check my receipt to make sure they charged me for the Mcgriddle meal which they did. I go back but the drive thru line has doubled since I left so I parked and go inside. I go to the counter and I tell the Manger at the counter that you guys forgot my hashbrown. She doesn't ask me any questions or look in the bag but she immediately tells me the hashbrown is in the bag. I take my Mcgriddle out the napkins and the straw out the bag and show her. And then I tell her I would not have turned around to come back here making me later for work than I already am without checking the bag first. The manager then ask for my receipt which I provided to her. She looks at the receipt then goes to get hashbrown. While getting my hashbrown she tells the girl at the drive thru window that she needs to make sure she is checking the bag before giving out the food. Why would you reprimand a employee infront of customers. Instead she should of apologized for the inconvenience that was caused to me. It's not the fact that they forgot my hashbrown that is upsetting. It is how the manager decided to handle it. I will most likely stop going to this McDonald's. The service here is definitely inconsistent st best. The type of service you get will depend on the which day of the week that you go there. And most likely than not your order will...
Read moreI go to this McDonald’s at very least 10 times a month (I keep 63,000 points rotating in the McDonald’s app).
75% of the time I don’t get to enjoy my meal because they forgot to include something. They’ll replace the missing item if drive back, but by then the rest of my food is cold so the entire meal is ruined. I’m not trying to be mean, but im ordering through their app and they verbally confirm the order TWICE before letting me get to the last window of the drive through, there is no good reason for this to be happening to me ever, let alone with the insane frequency it does. Manager on duty at 11am May 31st didn’t care and didn’t really want to listen to me, so here I am. This isn’t even my worst experience with this McDonald’s, they once told me to pull forward to the parking space and completely forgot about me, wasn’t until I went inside significantly later that they STARTED MAKING MY FOOD I PAID FOR. The next McDonald’s honestly isn’t much farther away, I’m pretty sure today was the last day they’re ever...
Read moreThis Establishment doesn’t deserve any stars but I had to select at least one in order to post. First off before you can enter the Doors are locked and you have to wait for someone to open it. My son and my friend went inside to place their orders and the cashier was very rude, over looked them and then proceeded to rush them while placing our order. But once their orders were placed they were asked to go outside like dogs and then locked the facility doors. It was very very rude and racist. But other race walked in and were able to sit once there order was placed. The manger was very rude and the cashier was even ruder. I will be contacting cooperate along with writing a detailed letter. Unacceptable I will no longer be patronizing to this franchise and if others are being treated this way I hope you don’t...
