I went here today (4/20/24 around 5:05 pm) thru the drive thru. I asked for a 3 piece tender meal with a peach lemonade. I get to the window the guys didn’t repeat my order back to me so I figured he understood me. When I got my receipt and bag I noticed he charged me for a chicken sandwich meal and gave me a chicken sandwich combo so I told him nicely this isn’t what I ordered. So can I simply pay the difference if needed for a 3 piece chicken tender combo which is $9.99 plus tax. As you can see in the photo I paid originally $11.12 so I’m assuming the price difference wouldn’t be too far off. He then takes my card and charges me for a separate order of 3 piece tenders without even refunding the $11.12 so I was immediately confused. Like sir what are you doing. I then went in to speak with whom I guess was the manager some white man and he is looking lost as well. What don’t yall get? I simply would like to just pay the difference from what I already paid for. He gave me a refund for the $11.12 then gives me my meal with only 2 tenders when I ordered 3 and small lemonade when I ordered a large like don’t insult me or even consider I’m trying to get anything for free. Read moreAbsolutely horrible service. First the sign is either not working or off. You can’t tell if the location is even open for business. The dining room is supposed to be open, but the entrance door has a large puddle in front of it. We walked inside there was water all over the kitchen floor and two male employees were talking then looked at us and walked further into the back. We stood there as another male employee who was at the fry station turned around and looked at us then turned back around and just stood at the fry station. After that yet another male employee who was at drive thru came out looked at us walked away then walked back out and mumbled hi be with you in a sec. Then I started taking my pictures for my review. Restaurant directors anagement, supervisor and employees ack like its the customers fault when they bring it to their attention of the bad or zero quality of the food.
