Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Suwanee

Manager would not honor a deal posted on their Facebook and instagram. Not just for me but several people. Was rude to both of us who was asking. Walked away when we were talking to her about it. Had these poor teens running around doing everything while she stood there in the back. Literally waited 30 min for an over priced ice cream cone. Then to top it all off my wife walked back up to ask for a spoon and the manager slammed the window in her face. Neither of us were even rude to her or even upset because we don’t like confrontation.. but she was beyond rude!! Paid $20 bucks for two Ice cream cones and a kids cup to get terrible service and the whole reason we went was due to their ad they posted. False advertising and I will be reporting it unless someone can rectify this. Also the kid was literally scared of her when I asked the lady what her name was she walked away and the kid tried to tell me but when she walked over he ducked his head walked off.it was very weird. She is extremely rude and obviously not a good manager. Sounds like to me this is probably family owned, or owned by her.. they post coupons to get people in the door and then refuse to honor them.. just like the subway in suwanee. Happens often...

unfortunately, leaving 0 stars is not an option, so i will be pretentious by leaving just 1 star. this place has the most utterly rude and disrespectful employees i have ever dealt with in my entire life. my mother and i just left this facility a short while ago and the employees were very rude. then, they left my ice cream just sitting in the cup and it was about 68% melted by the time i FINALLY got it. as my mother was telling the girl what was wrong with her ice cream, because it was LITERALLY MELTING OFF THE CONE, there was another guy there, standing there with his chest swole up almost as if he wanted confrontation. but, i will tell you right now, if i hadn’t left when i did, i would’ve torn that place from its foundation to its roof. hands down the worst experience i’ve had with brusters out of all the years of my...

The worst service on earth from server knows as Williams according to my receipt! had us waiting 10-15 mins with no line was rude, sloppy and then tried to charge me an extra $2 for a cup of water to clean my hands from sloppy to go ice-cream he gave me.

He was getting food and left his co worker alone.

No spoons no napkins NO RECEIPT with his unprofessional dont care attitude and sloppy appearance…THE BUM!!!

I had to yell at him and explain I come there for the ambience and convenience, yelling at him i am not proud of but he pushed every dissatisfaction button of mine.

I am extremely ANGRY and and upset with this type of service makes me HATE the Brusters brand.
