Will never order here again. I ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzel and it tasted terrible! First, the pretzel was overly coated with sugar and it was not warm at all. Secondly, the pretzel's texture was tough and hard to pull apart. In addition, there was a long piece of hair baked in the pretzel. I just ended up throwing the entire thing away. My mom ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade and it was far from being frozen. It was more like strawberry juice, rather than a slushy. On top of that, the straws were so cheaply made, that it was hard to put the straw through the top of the cup's lid. The straw became so bent up by trying to puncture it through the hole. We just ended up throwing away our items. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They will not receive my business ever again....

I won a pretzel nugget bucket in the March Madness contest. I waited 15 minutes, thinking my bucket would be fresh. I was going to share with my family. Unfortunately my bucket was not full, around 60 pieces or so and the pretzel nuggets were lightly dusted with cinnamon sugar. The associate wasn't that friendly so I should have known the pretzels would have reflected her attitude. This is how my pretzels looked. I put a few in a bag and threw the rest away. Beware before placing a big order. I usually go to Altamonte Springs Auntie Anne's where service and quality is great. Buyer be careful, you've been warned when it comes to buckets. As you can see just dough, little butter...

One star is too many. We all can understand them being busy. But we waited in line for over 15 minutes to get to the counter and the employee stating only to the customer in front of me that they out and it will be another 15 minutes before they are ready. I asked why with 5 people behind the counter someone didn't say anything, she just said we are busy. Poor communication Auntie...
