Best Buy-Ordered online for curbside pickup. When I was ready to pick up I responded to the text I received saying it was ready. A link in the text opened a webpage where the make and color of my car was asked and I replied. When I arrived at the store there were signs at the curb in front of the store saying parking for curbside pickup. Sign says 5-10 minutes and someone will be out with the order. So, I waited a while...more than 10 minutes. Another customer came to my car window and said if I was waiting for curbside pickup that I might as well go inside. She said she waited nearly an hour. She said she told them another customer (me) was waiting outside. So, I waited a few more minutes. Finally, I moved my car into a parking spot and went inside. I went to the pickup counter. There were 3 employees and zero customers at the counter. They were laughing, talking and apparently unconcerned about any curbside service. There is also an entrance and exit in the back beside Best Buy. There's a CVS Pharmacy, a DSW, and a Red Robin right next door, as well, on either side. Just be aware that the access road from Apalachee Parkway no longer turns onto Magnolia Street. The city changed that...
