Burger King — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I went there for lunch on Friday the 27th of October... and that will be the LAST time I ever step foot in that place! First off... no paper towels to dry your hands off with in the men's restroom. I told the girl at the counter that took my order, but had to confirm if she had heard what I said, because there was ZERO response. Next up... I take my cup over to the drink machine, and there's no ice I finally got the attention of someone behind the counter to get me ice, and when I went back to the drink machine... there were NO choices AT ALL. The woman customer to my left made the same comment. Nothing! If you're going to have these nice, fancy machines... how about keeping them stocked?!

Next... I get my Whopper that was supposed to have just mustard and ketchup... and yep, it's loaded with everything. The customer that had the same problem with the drink machine being empty, also had the WRONG items on her burger. There was no salt out at all. When I asked for some, I was told "I needed to ask for it" even though pepper, napkins, straws, etc., we're all on the counter.

Not one time was I ever told by the manager on duty they were sorry. Nothing! A total joke. What an embarrassment of a so called restaurant. After wasting 20 minutes of my time... I asked for a full refund, and $8.15 went to another business. Actually, more than that, because the woman I've mentioned here got a refund and left as well. These people want $15.00 an hour!?!?!? YOU CAN'T...

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars service Here was horrendous. The employees have their kids in the dining area, playing around like it’s a daycare, making a mess and bumping into everybody. I made a mobile order so I can eat during my lunch break so it can be ready by the time I get there and I get the most out of my lunch break. First time around by sandwiches were made and employees get upset with us because they made the sandwich wrong and we noticed and then for some reason any other Burger King will say Coca-Cola out of order or they don’t have mozzarella stick but this store must not be doing their inventory correctly because we ordered mozzarella sticks and we ordered Coca-Cola and we get there and they tell us that they don’t have it there’s nothing we can do we have to cancel the whole order so we technically lost money because we didn’t get the order mozzarella sticks and two large drinks because the manager Shanice said there’s nothing she can do she has to refund the whole order. Sorry, this whole time the whole staff and manager were very rude with us. At one point the manager ignored us and just left at that point I just left I’ll take the loss of money on my food and everything I am not going to be treated like that. I will never come to this location again and I will be calling to to file a complaint. I WISH I COULD HAVE...

Review: I recently visited the Burger King in Tallahassee and had the best experience ever, thanks to all the incredible Black women(i mention this so that people know EXACTLY who im talking about when they go in and theres ALOT of good in our culture in case you didnt know)there working there. They were not only down-to-earth but also brought so much fun and positive energy to my visit. From the moment I walked in, their warm smiles and friendly, genuine conversations made me feel right at home.

They took the time to make sure my order was just right, and their enthusiasm was contagious. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. It’s rare to find such a fantastic combination of professionalism and personality in customer service, and these women nailed it.

The food was, of course, delicious—my burger was cooked perfectly, and everything was fresh. But it was the outstanding service that made this visit truly special.
