Office Depot — Local services in Tallahassee

If there was an option to give no stars, that would be it for me. The associate who assisted was store manager Jeremiah, and to be honest he has been the only positive in this whole transaction. I purchased the item on Friday Sept. 9th, with a receipt advising that I would receive my order on Tuesday. I am yet to receive the item. Subsequent follow up with the store could neither give information of what the tracking status of “ran out of time” meant, or when I would finally be getting the item. I was referred to the online web support, with advice that only this area would be able to assist in tracking information. Needless to say, I am still devoid of knowledge or information on my purchase. It is now 8 days, and no one at the Office Depot is able to say what happened to my order, or even if I will receive it. Such a let down from the initial excitement of purchasing what I saw as a really cute item for my first nana...

Service is terrible at this location. I was in the business for 20min without anyone greeting me. I waited at the counter to request 150 copies of a single normal size paper. There was no one in line. After waiting 10min, I attempted to use the self-serve copy machine but it did not work and kept saying to get a staff member for assistance. After the fiasco, I went back to the counter and someone finally addressed me. I asked for 150 copies and they looked at me and said “We don’t have time to do that right now, but I can have it ready by 6pm”. It was 1:45pm in the afternoon and there was nobody else in line. It takes just a few minutes and a couple pushes of a button to make that many copies of something so simple. I understand maybe they have online orders or something, but that’s ridiculous.
