Isabella's Pizzeria Napoletana — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Loud, so much so a worker had to calm down a little bae bae college frat boy downing wine like it was his night time bottle before bed. Cursing infront of families is unacceptable in what presents its self as a family friendly place ? Might just be college town and not the business or a chance happening.

The food was and I don't ever write or relish in down rating anything especially a business trying to do well in a oddball town like Tallahassee but the pizza was not cooked, the center 25% of the pizza portion was literally watered raw dough. This is unacceptable especially considering the dough was homemade, you can tell it was, no offense to whomever made it but either the sopressata or the dough ( couldn't tell which or maybe both ) was so salty I had to take it off. I am the epitome of a non picky eater. I'll eat off the floor, off my dirty hands, I don't require a meal to be warm even or do I have to know or care about what's in it and I'm telling you I almost could not take down what was edible.

On top of that I paid for a Diet Coke I didn't receive, went to address this at the register and wasn't even offered one but the extremely cute blonde whom I would have asked for her number , absolutely... allowed me to pay for another when I never received the first?

If you look at my profile I don't leave comments or reviews, I find it pretentious, but for this one I did because dammit I work all the time and never ever go out to eat. I haven't been out in years and this place quite literally just killed my fancy pizza night. I'll recover from this all together traumatic experiance.... hopefully... but for now the only take away for me was the absolutely stunning pair of baby blue eyes and long blonde hair that so kindly took my order. Isabellas I'll be back, but it won't be for...

Our experience at this pizza restaurant was a bit underwhelming. While the food itself was decent, there were a couple of issues that left us feeling dissatisfied.

Firstly, it's worth noting that they don't provide water to customers, which we found a bit odd. So, if you prefer having water with your meal, it's best to bring your own bottle or be prepared to purchase one.

Additionally, there was a mix-up with our order. Initially, we had ordered a small pizza, but later on, they approached our table and asked us to come up to the counter to repeat our order. To our surprise, they informed us that they had run out of small-sized dough and insisted on charging us extra for a medium-sized pizza instead. It felt a bit frustrating to have to repeat our order and then be faced with an upcharge for something that was not our mistake.

Moreover, the restaurant ambiance wasn't the most enjoyable. It was quite loud, and the temperature inside was uncomfortably warm, making it challenging to have a relaxed conversation with our friends.

Overall, our experience was a bit lackluster. While the food was alright, the combination of the issues with the order and the absence of water service left us feeling somewhat disappointed and somewhat thirsty. It might not be our first choice for a pizza place in the future, but it's still an option for those who don't mind these...

3.16.2022 Can't even review the pizza because of the horrible customer service. My partner and I ordered a pizza (online pick up order) yesterday at 7:14pm. Our receipt says that our pizza would be ready at 7:35pm. We arrived a few minutes after the pizza was due to be ready (we had to find parking and then walk a minute or two).

After arriving and walking up to the counter to pick up our order, the cashier tells me that they aren't doing online orders? And that she meant to "cancel our order".

She then grabs a tablet from the counter and cancels our order right in front of my eyes........ Like literally clicks a single button on the tablet. She said "sorry" in the most insincere tone. No follow up question to see if that was okay or anything. Just a cold "oh, I meant to cancel your order" and insincere "sorry".

So, to summarize: We ordered a pizza for pickup. We arrive a few minutes after the pizza is due to be picked up (which in theory should have given them extra time to make sure it was ready). The cashier admits that she meant to cancel our order and then does cancel it right in front of me. Cancelling our order took her less than a second's click of the tablet. So, we essentially drove 15 minutes for nothing....
