This is possibly the worste Starbucks I've been too. There's an abnormally high numbers of employees that are under trained and the amount of traffic that comes though this store is very high given its location. The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it's absurdly convenient. However, every time I order here it is like a game of Russian roulette. There's been times I've ordered lattes and been given hot chocolate (with the correct order written directly on the cup). I've ordered machiattos and been given some kind of peppermint thing. I've left this Starbucks in fits of annoyed rage from the lack of competency of the employees more times than I can count at this point. I only recommend this location if you're studying/working in the area. If you can pass by another Starbucks or other coffee shop on your route I recommend doing that instead. Avoid...
Read moreThis Starbucks isn’t associated completely with the Starbucks Franchise. You can’t pay with the app and you can’t collect stars. The size of their espresso shots are much smaller than other Starbucks, so getting a caramel macchiato, when mixed, looks the color of almond milk. When adding an extra shot, it’s still not the same color as the normal macchiatos from other free-standing branches.
